24/10/2009

Historical Consciousness fosters Solidarity

After the liberation of Rennes, nearly 100,000 german prisoners were incarcerated in the city 's various camps between 1944 and 1948.

To heighten public awareness of these, the PGA group of Continuing Education at the University of Rennes is seeking any testimony and evidence that might pertain to the German prisoner of war camps in Brittany.

If you have any information relevant to this matter, Please contact us at: jean.paul.louvet@orange.fr
